As a JAM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the performance of our Java applications. This includes analyzing code, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training junior developers, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products.
