Undergraduate degree in engineering (preferably electrical) or equivalent; 5-8 years multi-disciplinary technical experience in food industry (preferably dairy) including plant construction/expansion; experience with HMI, ControlLogix, electrical schematic design, VFD, instrumentation; knowledge of FDA, GMP, OSHA, USDA; English proficiency.
