About the role
Governance & Cybersecurity Operations
Lead Secure IT Shopfloor (SITS) operations and ensure OT cybersecurity compliance.
Act as PMO, Asset Manager, and Information Security Architect (ISA/A) for OT systems.
Previous pulse check audit points closure.
Review audit findings, risk reports, and maturity assessments to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure timely closure of actions to uplift the cybersecurity maturity score.
Documentation & Audit Management
Maintain SITS procedures, SOPs, MoMs, and audit‑related documents.
Ensure readiness for internal, external, and Pulse audits.
Asset & Access Management
Risk & Vulnerability Management
Conduct OT cybersecurity risk assessments and maintain the Risk Register.
Track vulnerabilities, define mitigation plans, and follow up for closure.
Incident & Change Management
Support OT cybersecurity incidents: triage, containment, evidence collection, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) & CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).
Coordinate change management, including CAB reviews and impact assessments.
Patch Management (Blue & Non‑Blue PCs)
Tools, Endpoint & Media Security
Deploy and manage SITS tools for asset monitoring and endpoint protection.
Enforce removable media controls as per OT security guidelines.
OT Network & Architecture Review
Review and validate network architecture for new/modified OT systems.
Ensure compliance with OT cybersecurity standards and segmentation models.
Training & Coordination
Conduct cybersecurity awareness, Campaign and role‑based trainings.
Work with central cybersecurity teams on tools, updates, audits, and POCs.
Responsibilities
- Securing the shop floor from cyber incidents
- Improve the current cyber security score
- Identify the Known/unknown vulnerability and take the appropriate countermeasure for closure
- Do the Risk assessment and implement the counter measure to eliminate the Risk
- Provide the training for shop floor employees
