About the role
- Analyze product-group performance and identify penetration gaps.
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to improve group-wise sales.
- Benchmark competitor products, pricing, and schemes to strengthen positioning.
- Define clear product value propositions (FAB) to support field sales.
- Design and manage product-specific schemes and promotions.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure execution.
- Monitor scheme effectiveness and provide performance insights to management.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
B.E /B. tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engg. with 2 to 6 yrs of experience in parts retail sales (CV - Parts is preferred)
Should be highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel / MS Power point).
