About the role

Steer and support Field Quality team for Power Train & Entire vehicle aggregates pertaining Trucks & Buses (HDT, MDT & Buses) for field quality concerns & to establish BSVI model across pan India. Provide support to Field team on Power train & Entire vehicle aggregates, specific to BSVI range of vehicles on field quality concern & faster issue resolution.


 

Responsibilities

Job Content:

  1. Product Quality Management: 

  2. Process Product Concern Report & Technical pre-approval raised by Field team

    1. Carry out product quality analysis and contribute with effective feedback 

    2. Expertise on Power train and vehicle aggregates & Systems 

    3. Develop & implement Technical Concepts related to Field Quality Management / Customer Services

  3. Field Quality Management & Issue Resolution 

  4. Field Quality concern analysis for faster issue resolution

  5. Flying doctor support – Participate in Joint investigations as CFT

  6. Provide Technical clarifications on product issues to wholesale and retail team

  7. New product / aggregate monitoring & reporting to management

  8. Preparation and release of field communication on Technical topics

  9. Warranty claim analysis on both (Technical and cost aspects)

  10. Organise Product Quality Workshops

  11. Technological Innovation:

    1. BSVI - Develop used cases for Telematics / CAN Signals to proactively alert customers
    2. Assist field team to resolve quality concerns with use of technology 
    3. Knowledge on CSC (Customer support center) organization and lead CSC function

Qualifications

Education Qualifications, & Organizational Experience & Soft Skillset

BE Mechanical or Automobile Engineering with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in automotive CV industry. Candidates having through Technical hands on experience in After Sales Hqrs & in Field Service in CV aggregates and exposure to automotive electronics would be preferred. 

- Should be highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel / MS Power point/Analytical tools).
