Job Description

What will you be doing here?

  • Engage with senior doctors (no cold-calling targets!) - Guide the doctors to discover the value of our upskilling courses.
  • Practice Value based Sales - Counsel prospects, identify their needs, and convert them into satisfied customers.
  • Build relationships- Nurture conversations with doctors through strategic follow-ups. Invest time in building lasting relationships with your potential customers.
  • Master our CRM system (Leadsquared) - Be the master of efficiency. Manage and track your leads like a pro. Get more done in less time.
  • Go Beyond Just Sales - Keep in touch with current users and leverage referrals to expand our reach.
  • Not just Achieve, Exceed your targets!- You’ll be measured by clear monthly metrics, with goals that challenge and reward your success.

Job Requirement

Who are we looking for? 

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA (Marketing/Sales) – A background in education, marketing, or business will help you excel.
  • 6 months – 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, Telesales, or Educational Sales. Should have done value based sales instead of price competitive sales.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, and comfortable conversing in Hindi.
  • Strong negotiation and pitching skills – You have the ability to connect with prospects, understand their needs, and help them make decisions that benefit them. You know how to communicate the value of our products effectively.

  • Experience in Healthtech/ Selling Professional Courses is a bonus – if you know this space, that’s an added advantage!
