What would you be doing here? ● Events: Attend events and manage the entire event setup and logistics. ● Marketing: Share pamphlets and marketing material with students and create awareness about the company and product. ● Lead collection: Collect the contact information of students through different sources. ● Lead management: End to End lead management on the lead management system provided. ● Calling & Lead conversion: Pitch subscription plans to leads and achieves revenue targets by calling. ● Relationship Building: Assist other team members, reporting manager, and the company in jointly achieving revenue targets and running awareness campaigns. Achieve monthly revenue goals. Job Requirement What we are looking for? ● Strong communication, negotiation, and calling skills. ● Competitive, confident, self-motivated, and driven team player. ● 6 months - 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Telesales / Educational sales. ● Can manage events, conferences, and on-ground activation. ● Ability to take ownership, and work independently and closely with senior stakeholders. ● Multicultural / can speak multiple languages. (Advantage). ● Qualification - Any Graduate, MBA will be an added advantage.
