</div><div><strong><u>Position Overview</u></strong></div><div><br></div><div>Daelim Transformer is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution f transformer manufacturing projects. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with customer expectations.</div><div> </div><div>The ideal candidate will serve as the central point of coordination between engineering, production sales and customers-managing timelines, change orders and production milestones to drive successful project delivery. </div><div>
<br><strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><div>Project Execution & Coordination</div><div>· Manage the full lifecycle of transformer manufacturing projects from order intake through delivery</div><div>· Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and production timelines</div><div>· Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, production and logistics</div><div>· Ensure alignment between customer specifications and internal execution</div><div> </div><div> </div><div>Change Order Management </div><div>· Review, track and manage all change order requests (CORs)</div><div>· Evaluate impacts to cost, schedule, and production capacity</div><div>· Communicate changes clearly to internal teams and customers</div><div>· Ensure proper documentation and approval processes are followed</div><div>Timeline & Delivery Management</div><div>· Monitor project progress to ensure on-time deliver (OTD)</div><div>· Identify risks to schedule and proactively implement mitigation strategies</div><div>· Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership</div><div>· Drive accountability across teams to meet key milestones</div><div>Customer & Stakeholder Communication</div><div>· Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle</div><div>· Provide updates on project status, timeliness and any changes</div><div>· Build strong relationship with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business</div><div>Operational Improvement</div><div>· Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements</div><div>· Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution and delivery performance</div><div>· Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices</div><div>Qualifications</div><div>· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field (preferred)</div><div>· 3-7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, preferably in transformers, electrical equipment or heavy industrial products</div><div>· Strong understanding of ETO (Engineer-to-Order) manufacturing environments</div><div>· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced setting</div><div>· Experience with change order management and production scheduling</div><div> </div><div>Skills & Competencies</div><div>· Strong organizational and time management skills</div><div>· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities</div><div>· High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset</div><div>· Ability to work cross-functionally and drive accountability</div><div>· Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and project management tools is a plus</div><div> </div><div>· <strong><u>What Success Looks Like</u></strong>
