ROLE OVERVIEW
We need Full Stack Engineers who own the full product surface — backend services, front-end interfaces, and AI /
agent-based features. You'll work across the stack, collaborate directly with founders, and take end-to-end ownership of
outcomes from architecture to production.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Architect and build full stack features across React front-end and Java / Python / Node.js back-end.
• Contribute to AI / agent modules — prompt engineering, LLM integrations, workflow orchestration.
• Write clean, scalable, well-tested code and review peers' work.
• Participate in system design, set engineering standards, and mentor team members.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• 4+ years full stack (product / startup)
• Cloud: AWS / GCP / Azure · Docker · K8s
• React.js — hooks, state mgmt, responsive UI
• CI/CD pipelines · Git workflows
• Java (Spring Boot) / Node.js / Python (FastAPI)
• AI/ML: LLM APIs · LangChain · Vector DBs
• PostgreSQL · MongoDB · Redis
• Strong system design & architectural thinking
