Required Experience and Skills:
4-6 years of experience in software development.
Problem solver at heart and data driven decision maker.
Experience in building systems using Java, mysql, SQS / Kafka, Redis and Spring boot.
Experience in designing and writing RESTful web services.
Experience in angular / reactJS would be a plus.
Experience in building ERP software products with decent knowledge on cloud infrastructure.
Experience in enterprise SaaS would be a plus.
Experience in delivering atleast two live projects, end-to-end with clear impact metrics.
Ability to communicate concerns and blockers effectively in a remote environment.

Job Description
Execute projects independently with minimal supervision with the above skillsets and any
additional learning wherever required.
Understand product requirements and come up with short term and long term solutions.
Prepare and present design suggestions and project plans to the management.
Write high level and low level design documents with impact areas and task breakdown.
Mentor junior engineers - review their code, unblock them on technical issues.
Debug and troubleshoot production issues.
Perform root-cause-analysis on system failures and process misses.
Measure system performance and tune it for perfection.
Escalate blocker / concern on projects and systems whenever necessary.
