Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics F&O Functional Consultant (Senior Level) with strong expertise in Production and Planning modules, along with sound cross-functional knowledge across other ERP modules.
The candidate will play a critical role in post-Go-Live support, stabilization, process optimization, and business alignment for our Australia operations. The role requires strong functional capability, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in the Australia time zone.
Key Responsibilities
Post Go-Live Support & Stabilization
- Provide functional support for MS Dynamics F&O with primary focus on Production Control and Master Planning modules.
- Handle L2/L3 support tickets, analyze root causes, and ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with business users in Australia to resolve functional issues and system gaps.
- Ensure system stability and business continuity post-implementation.
Production & Planning Expertise
- Configure and support:
- Production Orders
- BOM and Routing setup
- Master Planning parameters
- MRP execution and troubleshooting
- Capacity planning
- Demand forecasting alignment
- Identify optimization opportunities in production planning workflows.
- Support production costing and inventory integration.
Cross-Module Functional Knowledge
- Possess working knowledge across:
- Finance (GL, AP, AR)
- Supply Chain Management
- Inventory & Warehouse
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Sales & Distribution
- Understand end-to-end process flows and module interdependencies.
- Support cross-functional integration issues.
Process Improvement & Enhancements
- Gather business requirements for enhancements.
- Perform gap analysis and propose functional solutions.
- Coordinate with technical consultants for customizations and integrations.
- Support UAT cycles and ensure proper documentation.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the functional SPOC for Australia business users.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Communicate clearly on issue status, risks, and timelines.
- Provide structured status updates to IT PMO and leadership.
Documentation & Governance
- Maintain process documentation and solution design documents.
- Ensure compliance with ERP governance standards.
- Support audit requirements where necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in MS Dynamics F&O.
- Strong hands-on experience in Production Control and Master Planning modules.
- Experience in full-cycle implementation and post-Go-Live support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to support Australia time zone operations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of production costing and demand planning.
- Exposure to integrations with third-party systems.
- Understanding of Power BI reporting.
- Microsoft Dynamics F&O certification is an added advantage.
