Job Title: D365 SCM + Finance Functional Consultant (Pre-Sales)
Experience: 8+ Years

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM + Finance Functional Consultant with strong Pre-Sales exposure to join our growing ERP practice. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations along with the ability to support business development, solution demonstrations, client discussions, and proposal preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales and business teams during pre-sales activities
- Understand customer business requirements and propose suitable D365 Finance & SCM solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions
- Prepare solution architecture, scope documents, estimations, and functional proposals
- Participate in RFP/RFI responses and client presentations
- Lead functional consulting activities during implementation and support projects
- Configure and implement modules related to:
- Finance
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse Management
- Sales & Distribution
- Production / Manufacturing
- Perform GAP-FIT analysis and prepare functional design documents
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for successful delivery
- Provide client training, UAT support, and go-live assistance
- Stay updated with Microsoft D365 product roadmap and industry best practices
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting with strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM
- Hands-on implementation experience in D365 F&O projects
- Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain business processes
- Experience in Pre-Sales, solution consulting, and client-facing activities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle customer discussions independently
- Experience in preparing demos, proposals, and effort estimations
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Certifications in D365 Finance or SCM
- Experience in multiple industry domains such as Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, or Trading
- Exposure to integrations, Power Platform, or reporting tools will be an added advantage
