Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Technical Architect to lead solution architecture, development, and performance optimization for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Supply Chain Management across global environments. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with US and Indian regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and implementation of D365 F&O customizations and extensions using X++, Power Platform, and standard frameworks
- Define data models, security architecture, and performance optimization strategies
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, builds, and deployments using LCS and Azure DevOps
- Conduct code reviews, fit-gap analysis, and system performance tuning
- Design and manage integrations using OData, custom services, and Azure (Logic Apps, Functions)
- Oversee data migration using Data Management Framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams; support pre-sales and client demos
- Mentor developers and ensure adherence to best practices
Must Have
- 8–12 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in D365 F&O/AX and 3+ years in a Technical Architect role
- Experience delivering 3+ end-to-end D365 F&O implementations in multi-country environments
- Strong knowledge of Finance (GL/AP/AR) and SCM (Procurement/Inventory) modules
- Expertise in X++, LCS, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and SQL performance tuning
- Hands-on experience with Azure services, integrations, and reporting (SSRS/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and global delivery models
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; Microsoft certifications (MB-300, MB-500, MB-700) preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
