Requirements
We are seeking a seasoned D365 CRM Functional Tester with extensive experience in Manual Testing and a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
Core Competencies Required:
- Manual Testing within Dynamics 365 CRM
- Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) & Testing Methodologies
- Preparing Test Plans, Test Cases & Traceability Matrix
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps / Jira
- Functional, Regression & System Testing
- Defect Tracking & Bug Reporting
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Sales, Marketing & Service Modules
- D365 Portal Testing
- API Validation utilizing Postman
- Agile & Scrum Frameworks
- Client Interaction & Communication Skills
Additional Advantage:
- Knowledge of Automation Testing
