Title: D365 CRM Developer
Location: PAN India
Exp: 4-10 Years.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, actions, and business rules.
- Implement Power Platform solutions including Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas apps), Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Customize forms, views, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop and maintain JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Web Resources.
- Integrate D365 CRM with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or middleware.
- Write and optimize FetchXML and SQL queries.
- Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
- Ensure best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
- Provide technical documentation and support UAT activities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and testers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web API.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with Plugins, Workflows, and Custom Actions.
- Knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps).
- Experience in CRM integrations and data migrations.
- Familiarity with Git/Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD.
