About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our growing ERP consulting team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end Business Central implementations, with strong expertise in Finance and Supply Chain Management processes. The role requires working closely with international clients, understanding business requirements, conducting workshops, configuring solutions, supporting integrations, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and participate in end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
· Conduct requirement gathering sessions and business process workshops with stakeholders.
· Configure and implement Business Central modules based on business requirements.
· Prepare FRD, SDD and process documentation.
· Perform system testing, UAT support, go-live and post-go-live support.
· Provide user training and customer support.
· Manage customer expectations and stakeholder communications.
· Work closely with developers, technical consultants and project managers.
· Understand third-party integrations, APIs, web services and data migration concepts.
· Support integration testing and solution design discussions.
