Lead Software Engineer (.NET / AWS)
📍 Fall River, MA (Hybrid – Tues/Thurs in-office)
We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to help evolve and scale our eCommerce platform. This role is ideal for a senior-level engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing architecture, and contributing directly to high-impact development work.
This is not a people management role—you’ll lead through technical expertise, strong decision-making, and hands-on contribution.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to and help guide architecture decisions across our web platform and integrations
- Lead complex development efforts through hands-on coding in a modern .NET environment
- Partner with business stakeholders to build scalable, user-friendly solutions
- Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Review code and promote development best practices across the team
- Support and enhance a cloud-based environment leveraging AWS services
- Participate in full SDLC, including design, development, testing, and deployment
What You Bring
- Strong experience with C# / .NET and building scalable web applications
- Experience developing APIs and working with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Solid understanding of database design and performance (SQL Server or MySQL)
- Ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience working in Agile environments with modern development practices
Nice to Have
- Front-end experience with React or similar frameworks
- Experience with microservices or serverless architecture
- Familiarity with GraphQL or Salesforce integrations
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $120,000–$140,000, based on experience and qualifications.
