MSI Communications is looking for a hands-on Shopify expert to own and scale our D2C website operations from our Calicut office.
What you'll do:
• Own the end-to-end performance of our Shopify storefront
• Manage product listings, collections, themes, apps, and checkout flow
• Drive conversion through CRO, A/B testing, and UX improvements
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and inventory teams
• Track and report on traffic, conversion, AOV, and revenue metrics
What we're looking for:
• 3 years of hands-on experience in D2C / e-commerce website operations
• Deep working knowledge of Shopify (themes, apps, Liquid basics is a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with GA4, Shopify Analytics, and dashboards
• Experience with payment gateways, shipping logistics, and order management
