D2C Website Lead
Bangalore | Full-Time | Fashion & Sportswear
The Role
As D2C Website Lead, you will be the single owner of our D2C website, from strategy and technology to revenue performance and customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, supply chain, product, and technology to deliver a best-in-class online shopping experience while aggressively driving growth.
What You Will Do
• Own the P&L and revenue targets for Technosport's D2C website channel
• Lead end-to-end website management on Shopify — including UX, conversion optimisation, site speed, and new feature rollouts
• Drive performance marketing strategy in collaboration with the digital marketing team — including paid media, SEO, and retention campaigns
• Build and maintain CRM ecosystems to improve customer retention, LTV, and repeat purchase rates
• Oversee online merchandising — including product catalogue management, seasonal drops, pricing, and promotional planning
• Collaborate with the supply chain and operations team to ensure seamless inventory availability, fulfilment SLAs, and returns management
• Define and track KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, and ROAS — and use data to continuously optimise performance
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing eCommerce team
• Stay ahead of D2C trends, emerging platforms, and consumer behaviour in fashion and sportswear
What We Are Looking For
• Immediate joiners
• 7+ years of proven experience in leading D2C eCommerce businesses, preferably in fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle categories
•Deep hands-on expertise with Shopify (Shopify Plus preferred), Native/In-house built website, and third-party apps and integrations
•Strong command over performance marketing — Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate, and influencer-led growth
•Experience with CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing automation tools
•Working knowledge of online merchandising, pricing strategy, and product assortment planning
•Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management in a D2C or omnichannel retail context
•Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and BI dashboards
•Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills
•A genuine passion for sports, fitness, or fashion is a big plus
Bonus Points If You Have
• Prior experience at a D2C-first fashion or sportswear brand (domestic or global)
• Exposure to marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart) in addition to owned D2C channels
