Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations: inbound inventory, pick-pack-ship, and returns.
- Oversee 3PL partners and transporters.
- Maintain live inventory accuracy across offline, online, and export channels.
- Optimize warehouse layout, storage, and manpower utilization.
- Implement SOPs for packaging, labeling, and dispatch.
Good to have:
- 4–7 years in warehouse / logistics operations, ideally in consumer electronics or FMCG.
- Familiar with ERP / WMS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and on-ground team management skills.
