Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a D2C Sales & Marketing professional based in Noida. In this role, you will manage direct-to-consumer sales initiatives, implementing strategies to drive product adoption and brand growth. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, providing top-notch customer service, developing and conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales operations and management. Your focus will also be on achieving sales targets and coordinating marketing efforts to enhance business outcomes for the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage pipelines effectively.
- Experience in conducting Training sessions to guide and support team members or clients.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach to driving revenue and customer engagement.
- Prior experience in the healthcare, wellness, or related industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
