We are looking for a D2C Marketing Executive to support customer acquisition, brand growth, and revenue generation across digital channels. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing content and promotions, tracking performance metrics, and improving the customer journey across the brand’s direct-to-consumer platforms.
The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, customer engagement, and performance tracking, with a strong understanding of how D2C brands acquire, convert, and retain customers.
Plan and execute D2C marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as social media, paid ads, email, WhatsApp, website, and marketplace channels.
Support customer acquisition through lead-generation campaigns, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and conversion-focused activities.
Coordinate with content, design, sales, and operations teams to create campaign assets, product promotions, landing pages, and marketing communication.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, leads, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, repeat purchase, and revenue.
Assist in improving the customer journey from awareness to purchase, including website experience, product communication, offers, and follow-up communication.
Conduct competitor research, market analysis, customer behavior tracking, and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities.
Manage promotional calendars for product launches, festive campaigns, discounts, offers, and brand-building activities.
Support retention marketing through email, WhatsApp, remarketing, loyalty campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communication, creatives, campaigns, and customer-facing content.
Experience in D2C marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
Understanding of customer acquisition, campaign execution, funnels, conversions, and retention.
Knowledge of social media platforms, paid ads, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and website-based sales.
Ability to analyze campaign data and identify what is working and what needs improvement.
Strong coordination skills with content, design, sales, and operations teams.
Good written communication skills for marketing copy, campaign briefs, and customer communication.
Basic understanding of tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, CRM tools, email tools, or WhatsApp marketing platforms is preferred.
Worked in D2C marketing with a focus on customer acquisition, digital campaign execution, brand growth, and conversion-led marketing. Supported marketing initiatives across social media, paid ads, email, WhatsApp, and website channels to improve brand awareness, leads, sales, and customer engagement.
