Role Overview
We are looking for a
D2C Operations & Growth Manager to drive and streamline end-to-end operations for our D2C business. This role sits at the intersection of
technology, supply chain, and growth, ensuring our e-commerce engine runs efficiently while scaling profitably.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, supply chain) and lead a small team to execute operational excellence and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- D2C Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end D2C operations across Shopify, OMS, and WMS
- Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and delivery workflows
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks impacting revenue
- Platform & Systems Ownership
- Manage Shopify backend (catalog, checkout, integrations, workflows)
- Coordinate with tech teams on OMS & WMS integration improvements
- Enhance website operations to improve conversion and performance
- Growth & Revenue Initiatives
- Identify and execute initiatives to unlock revenue growth
- Build and manage affiliate and partner ecosystems
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve conversion rate and AOV
- Process Optimization
- Improve efficiency and reduce operational leakages
- Create SOPs for workflows (returns, fulfillment, vendor operations, etc.)
- Drive automation and scalability across systems
- Vendor & Partner Management
- Onboard and manage logistics partners, vendors, and service providers
- Negotiate contracts for cost efficiency and scalability
- Track vendor performance and ensure accountability
- Cost Optimization
- Track and optimize costs across logistics, operations, and tech
- Improve margins without compromising customer experience
- Team Management
- Lead a team of 3–5 members across operations
- Set goals, monitor performance, and ensure execution excellence
- Mentor team members and improve speed + quality of delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in Business Operations / D2C Operations
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (must-have)
- Working knowledge of OMS, WMS, and e-commerce integrations
- Experience in D2C-first organizations preferred
- Proven experience managing teams (3–5 members)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels and conversion levers
- Strong process optimization and problem-solving skills
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
