About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Operations Executive – Reverse Logistics to manage product returns, quality checks, refurbishment, and inventory reconciliation. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience and minimizing losses through efficient reverse supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end reverse logistics operations including returns, exchanges, and RTO (Return to Origin) shipments
Coordinate with 3PL partners, warehouses, and courier companies for timely pickups and deliveries Conduct quality checks on returned products and categorize (restock, refurbish, reject)
Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation between forward and reverse logistics
Track and analyze return reasons, identify trends, and share insights with internal teams
Work closely with customer support to resolve return-related queries
Monitor TAT (turnaround time) for reverse shipments and optimize processes
Maintain proper documentation and update ERP / inventory systems Drive process improvements to reduce returns and operational inefficiencies
Requirements
2+ years of experience in operations / logistics / supply chain (D2C or e-commerce preferred)
Strong understanding of reverse logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management
Good coordination and vendor management skills
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
