We’re looking for an Operations Intern who can assist in managing daily operations, track orders and shipments, coordinate with warehouse and courier partners, and contribute to improving overall process efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day order processing and overall operations management
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory updates
- Monitor shipments, deliveries, RTOs, and SLAs, and flag any discrepancies or delays
- Collaborate with courier partners to resolve operational issues such as delays and NDR cases
- Maintain and update operational data using Excel/Google Sheets with high accuracy
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on order status, RTO percentages, and key performance metrics
- Identify operational gaps and assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
- Basic working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, data handling, reporting)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
- Understanding of e-commerce or logistics operations is a plus
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (preferably in Operations, Commerce, or a related field)
- Prior internship or experience in operations/supply chain is an added advantage
