We are seeking a highly results-driven Meta Ads Manager with strong experience in scaling performance marketing for D2C e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth, managing large-scale ad spends, and improving marketing efficiency through data-led decision-making. You will own end-to-end Meta Ads performance across Facebook and Instagram, with accountability for revenue, ROAS, CAC, and overall profitability, while leading a team and building scalable growth strategies across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the planning, execution, and scaling of paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, ensuring consistent revenue growth and alignment with business targets across D2C funnels.
- Drive full-funnel performance marketing strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and retention by leveraging audience segmentation based on lifecycle stages, intent signals, and first-party data.
- Continuously monitor and optimize core performance metrics, including blended ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV: CAC ratio, and overall revenue contribution, with a strong focus on profitability and efficiency.
- Build and scale high-performing campaign structures through advanced testing frameworks across creatives, audience cohorts, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences.
- Lead creative strategy in collaboration with design and content teams, ensuring development and scaling of high-converting ad creatives, including UGC, video, and direct-response formats tailored to paid social platforms.
- Leverage advanced tracking and attribution frameworks using Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and analytics tools to improve signal quality, attribution accuracy, and campaign performance.
- Analyze performance across Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and third-party tools to identify growth opportunities, scaling levers, and performance bottlenecks across markets.
- Own budget planning and allocation across campaigns and geographies, optimizing spend distribution based on marginal ROAS and revenue impact.
- Lead and mentor a team of media buyers and analysts, ensuring strong execution, accountability, and continuous experimentation aligned with revenue goals.
- Generate and present performance reports to stakeholders, providing insights on revenue trends, efficiency metrics, and forward-looking growth strategies.
Qualification
- 5–8 years of experience in paid social for D2C or e-commerce brands, with a strong track record of scaling campaigns to drive high revenue while maintaining efficiency and profitability. Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structuring, scaling strategies, and audience expansion techniques.
- Strong understanding of tracking infrastructure, including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, custom events, and advanced audience strategies such as lookalike modeling and retargeting segmentation.
- Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets exceeding $100K, with consistent performance across ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth benchmarks.
- Strong command of e-commerce unit economics, including LTV, CAC, AOV, contribution margin, and purchase intent segmentation, with the ability to align media buying decisions to business profitability.
- Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, with a solid understanding of conversion rate optimization and customer journey performance.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage teams, drive performance, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, ROI-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with proficiency in ad copy direction and performance-driven creative strategy.
