Role Overview
We are looking for a growth-driven D2C & Marketplace Manager who understands performance, numbers, and consumer psychology. This role goes beyond campaign execution and focuses on owning revenue, improving conversions, and scaling profitably.
Key Responsibilities
D2C Website/Platform Optimization (CRO Focus)
• Improve conversion rates, AOV, and checkout experience
• Run experiments on landing pages, creatives, offers, bundles, and kits
• Work with design and content teams to enhance product storytelling
Marketplace Management
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
- Optimize listings, keywords, pricing, and discoverability
- Drive marketplace revenue alongside D2C growth
Data & Analytics
• Track and analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, and retention
• Identify funnel drop-offs and implement improvements
• Build weekly insights and an experimentation roadmap
What We’re Looking For
• 4-8 years of experience in D2C or ecommerce growth
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Solid understanding of CRO, funnels, and consumer behavior
• Experience with Shopify and marketplace ecosystems is a must.
• A revenue-focused mindset rather than just traffic-driven execution
Good to Have
• Experience in spiritual, FMCG, or lifestyle brands
• Understanding of bundling, pricing psychology, and offer strategy
• Familiarity with tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Shopify analytics
