Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a D2C Lead (Performance Marketing) based in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. Key responsibilities include managing paid media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, creating and implementing conversion rate optimization strategies, and collaborating with creative and brand teams to drive growth. The D2C Lead will also oversee budgets and monitor trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in performance marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including paid media campaign management, PPC, Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising strategies.
- Strong skills in Analytics, including performance tracking, data interpretation, and reporting to optimize marketing spend and strategy.
- Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, audience segmentation, and landing page optimization.
- Knowledge of E-commerce workflows, customer acquisition strategies, and retention methods relevant to D2C brands.
- Communication and Collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, design, and technical teams.
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools to expand marketing capabilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in performance marketing or analytics are a plus.
