One of our early-stage D2C portfolio companies is building in the skincare space, and they are now looking to hire a D2C Lead to report directly to the Founders and own and drive their D2C strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall D2C strategy, including sales targets, marketing initiatives, and user experience enhancements
- Oversee all digital marketing channels to optimize customer acquisition and engagement funnels
- Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform ensuring a seamless customer journey, compelling product presentation, and high conversion rates
- Implement and manage CRM, loyalty programs, and personalized communication strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value
- Analyze D2C performance data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in a D2C e-commerce role, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or health & wellness sectors
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and marketing automation/CRM tools.
- Hunger to build 0 to 1
