What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive growth across D2C sales channels through strategic planning and execution
- Identify new business opportunities, market gaps, and growth avenues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to improve conversions
- Work closely with operations, marketing, category, and customer experience teams for seamless execution
- Analyze business data and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Develop initiatives to improve customer retention, engagement, and overall buying experience
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of D2C business operations
- Stay updated with emerging D2C trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices
- Contribute towards building scalable and sustainable business processes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience in sales, business development, or growth-focused roles
- Strong understanding of customer experience and consumer behavior
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strategic thinker with ownership and execution capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in D2C, retail, or consumer-focused businesses is preferred
