We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “manage growth” —

but owns it end-to-end like a business.

What you’ll own
  • Shopify Store (End-to-End)
  • Catalogue, merchandising, CRO, launches, limited drops — everything that drives conversion
  • WhatsApp CRM (Revenue Engine)
  • Flows, automation, segmentation, broadcasts
  • → from abandoned carts to lifecycle marketing
  • Email Marketing (Lifecycle Growth)
  • Welcome journeys, birthday reminders, festival drops, win-back flows
  • → drive repeat and retention
  • Instagram Shopping Funnel
  • Product tagging, Shop tab, Reels → purchase journey
  • → bridge content with commerce
  • D2C Revenue P&L
  • You own the number.
  • CAC, LTV, contribution margin — this is your playground
What we’re looking for
  • 3–5 years in D2C / Growth / Ecommerce at a consumer brand
  • Hands-on executor — Shopify + WhatsApp CRM (not advisory, actual doing)
  • Strong on analytics — CAC, LTV, cohorts, retention is second nature
  • Bonus: Experience managing a ₹20–30 Cr D2C business
  • Comfortable working directly with founders — high ownership, low hierarchy
  • Self-driven — you don’t wait for instructions, you create momentum
