We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “manage growth” —
but owns it end-to-end like a business.
What you’ll own
- Shopify Store (End-to-End)
- Catalogue, merchandising, CRO, launches, limited drops — everything that drives conversion
- WhatsApp CRM (Revenue Engine)
- Flows, automation, segmentation, broadcasts
- → from abandoned carts to lifecycle marketing
- Email Marketing (Lifecycle Growth)
- Welcome journeys, birthday reminders, festival drops, win-back flows
- → drive repeat and retention
- Instagram Shopping Funnel
- Product tagging, Shop tab, Reels → purchase journey
- → bridge content with commerce
- D2C Revenue P&L
- You own the number.
- CAC, LTV, contribution margin — this is your playground
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years in D2C / Growth / Ecommerce at a consumer brand
- Hands-on executor — Shopify + WhatsApp CRM (not advisory, actual doing)
- Strong on analytics — CAC, LTV, cohorts, retention is second nature
- Bonus: Experience managing a ₹20–30 Cr D2C business
- Comfortable working directly with founders — high ownership, low hierarchy
- Self-driven — you don’t wait for instructions, you create momentum
