About us:
Burger or Chai (BoC) is a fast-growing F&B brand now launching a packaged food range into retail, online, quick commerce, e-commerce and other channels. We're hiring the person who'll own our online and retail business day-to-day- the engine that turns our products into sales across quick commerce, marketplaces and our own website.
The role:
You'll own our presence on General and Modern Trade, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart and our D2C site, from listing to sell-through. This is a hands-on, fast-paced execution role: in Q-coom delivery, every minute out-of-stock is a lost sale. You'll live in the platform dashboards, manage the buyer relationships, run the ads, and keep stock moving.
What you'll own:
- Listings & catalog: launch and maintain SKUs across all platforms - accurate imagery, descriptions, FSSAI/nutritional info, pricing.
- Platform relationships: be our single point of contact for Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart category managers, media and supply teams; push for better placement, deals and campaign support.
- Growth & ads: run platform ads, "suggested for you" placements, combo deals and sampling; optimise for ROAS and sales velocity.
- Availability: track SKU-level stock health across dark stores, coordinate with our warehouse/3PL to prevent stock-outs, and manage expiry/stock aging.
- PO execution: receive POs, coordinate dispatch, track inwarding at dark stores, flag and fix discrepancies fast.
- D2C website: own the Shopify funnel and fulfilment in partnership with the marketing team.
- Benchmarking: daily monitoring of competitor pricing, discounts and share-of-shelf.
Must-have:
- 3-6 years in e-commerce / quick commerce / marketplace account management (FMCG experience strongly preferred).
- Hands-on with Blinkit, Zepto and/or Swiggy Instamart backend dashboards.
- Strong Excel - comfortable with data cleaning, trend analysis and SKU-level tracking.
- Sharp negotiator and relationship-builder; high urgency and ownership.
Good to have:
- Existing relationships with category managers across Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart.
- Experience in food / condiments / packaged foods.
- Familiarity with inventory planning and demand forecasting.
What success looks like in the first 6 months:
- Listed and growing across the top 3 quick-commerce platforms and key marketplaces.
- Consistently high availability (low out-of-stock) across our priority dark-store clusters in Mumbai and Nagpur.
- Improving ROAS on platform ads and a clean, conversion-ready D2C site.
You will work closely with founders to take this vertical from 0-1 and scale. High ownership, independent thinking, risk taking ability needed.
