Job Title: D2C Growth Executive (Ecommerce & Sales)
About Us
Milk Crop is a premium dairy brand focused on farm-fresh milk, paneer and A2 ghee. We are building a strong direct-to-consumer (D2C) business and looking for a hands-on growth executive to drive online sales.
Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, execution-focused person who can help us grow our online sales, especially for ghee. This is a practical role where you will work directly with the founder and handle day-to-day ecommerce and customer sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate our Shopify website daily
- Drive online sales through Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ads
- Assist with Google Ads and performance campaigns
- Handle WhatsApp customer queries and convert leads into orders
- Follow up with customers and increase repeat purchases
- Create and execute offers, discounts and campaigns
- Coordinate basic social media content and promotions
- Track sales, leads and performance weekly
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or D2C sales
- Basic knowledge of Shopify preferred
- Familiar with Meta ads and online sales funnels
- Strong execution mindset (doer, not just thinker)
- Sales-oriented and result-driven
- Comfortable working in a small team/startup environment
Compensation
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
- Performance incentives based on sales
- Bonus for achieving targets

- Help sell existing ghee inventory
- Increase online sales revenue
- Improve customer conversion rate
- Generate repeat orders

Hyderabad (Work from home office setup)
