Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a D2C Demand & S&OP Planning Manager. The role involves managing and optimizing demand forecasting, overseeing the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, and ensuring seamless inventory management to meet customer expectations. Responsibilities include conducting data analysis, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing supply chain functions, and driving process improvements for operational efficiency. The role also requires collaboration with sales, marketing, and production teams to align business strategies with market demands.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and inventory management
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Forecasting using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or other analytics platforms
- Experience in Supply Chain Management and cross-functional coordination
- Knowledge of process optimization and handling operational workflows
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work onsite in Bengaluru and collaborate with diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- Preferred experience in the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) market
