We are a fast-growing Shopify D2C brand in the mobile accessories (phone cover) category. Our focus is on scaling profitably with strong ROI, high delivery %, and optimized operations.
🚀 Role Overview
We are looking for a D2C Business Head who will take complete ownership of the business — from ads to operations to profitability.
This is not a typical job. You will act as a business owner, responsible for scaling revenue while controlling costs and improving delivery performance.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Growth
- Scale revenue profitably
- Improve conversion rate (CVR), AOV & repeat rate
- Plan offers, pricing & product strategy
2. Performance Marketing (Meta Ads)
- Manage and scale Facebook/Instagram ads
- Optimize ROAS, CPA & budgets
- Work with creatives and test new angles
3. Delivery % & RTO Optimization
- Improve delivery rate & reduce RTO
- Coordinate with NDR team & logistics partners
- Implement COD confirmation & fraud control strategies
4. Expense & Profit Management
- Optimize ad spend, shipping cost & refunds
- Maintain profitability & contribution margins
- Track daily P&L
5. Team Management
- Manage performance marketer, support team, NDR callers & warehouse
- Align team with revenue, ROI & delivery targets
6. Operations & Customer Experience
- Ensure timely order fulfillment
- Improve customer satisfaction & reduce complaints
- Build SOPs & systems for scale

✅ Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in Shopify D2C business
- Strong experience in Meta Ads scaling
- Experience in COD business & RTO control
- Hands-on with operations, logistics & team handling
- Data-driven & ownership mindset
💰 Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹700000– ₹1200000(based on experience)
- Performance Incentives:
- Bonus on ROAS improvement
- Bonus on delivery % increase
