Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a D2C Business Growth Analyst. The individual in this role will analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and support the development of strategies to enhance direct-to-consumer operations. Tasks include evaluating business processes, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and providing actionable insights to optimize online and offline growth channels.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and deriving actionable insights
- Experience in business analysis and understanding business processes
- Proficiency in defining, gathering, and analyzing business requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information effectively to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with e-commerce, D2C models, or performance marketing strategies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
