🌿 We're hiring at Adya Organics - and this one's for the performance-obsessed D2C builder.
At Adya, we make food the way it was always meant to be - pure, traceable, rooted in tradition. Our A2 ghee, cold-pressed oils, and ancient grains are loved by thousands of families across India. Now we're looking for someone to grow that love, digitally.
We're hiring a D2C & Growth Marketing Manager to own our Shopify store and paid marketing engine.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘄𝗻:
→ Shopify store operations, UX, and conversion optimisation
→ Meta and Google Ads - strategy, execution, ROAS management
→ Customer retention via GoKwik CRM - flows, segmentation, repeat purchases
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
→ 2–4 years in D2C or FMCG digital marketing
→ Hands-on with Shopify, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads (not just "exposure")
→ Someone who looks at a dashboard and sees a story, not just numbers
→ Comfort with GoKwik, WebEngage, or any CRM platform
