Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Ecommerce & Marketplace Manager to drive growth across Amazon (India & Global), Flipkart, and our D2C website. This role is for someone who understands performance, execution, and scaling — and can take ownership of revenue across channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon India, Amazon Global, and Flipkart
• Optimize product listings, keywords, A+ content, and storefronts for better visibility and conversions
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns including ads, deals, and seasonal events
• Own pricing, promotions, and inventory planning to maximize sales and ROI
• Monitor account health, ratings, and platform compliance
• Manage and improve D2C website performance (Shopify or similar)
• Optimize conversion funnel, product pages, and overall user experience
• Drive traffic through performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO)
• Improve key metrics like ROAS, AOV, and conversion rate
• Lead performance marketing initiatives across platforms
• Track CAC, LTV, and campaign performance with a strong analytical approach
• Identify growth opportunities across new channels and international markets
• Analyze daily and monthly sales data to drive decisions
• Build reports, forecasts, and actionable insights
• Align inventory and demand planning with business goals
• Improve customer experience, reviews, and retention
• Build engagement through email, WhatsApp, and repeat purchase strategies
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
• 3–7 years of experience in Ecommerce or Marketplace Management
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart
• Proven track record of scaling online sales and improving performance metrics
• Experience in performance marketing (Meta, Google, Marketplace Ads)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Shopify or D2C platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment
Good to Have
• Experience in FMCG, spiritual, or wellness categories
• Exposure to international marketplaces (Amazon US, UAE, etc.)
• Understanding of quick commerce platforms
