Role Description
- Own D2C and Marketplace revenue with full accountability for ROAS and growth
- Run the shopify website end to end, including ux, merchandising, and conversion
- Manage performance marketing agencies across meta, google, and other channels
- Define audience strategy and content funnels that drive actual sales
- Build and improve retention across email, whatsapp, and repeat journeys
- Track CAC, LTV, CVR and make decisions based on numbers, not opinions
- Step in and execute when needed, not just manage externally
Qualifications
You’ve worked in a D2C brand at an early growth stage and seen the journey from 5L to 1cr monthly revenue where you were directly responsible for growing the number, not just optimising parts of the funnel. You’ve dealt with low signal data, tight budgets, and messy systems, and know how to drive growth when nothing is fully set up yet. You have 3 - 7 years of relevant work ex.
