</div><div><strong>Position Overview</strong></div><div>As a <strong>D1 Coach</strong>, you’ll lead group workouts, provide individualized guidance, and create an environment where athletes feel challenged, supported, and motivated. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about <strong>strength & conditioning, athlete development, and performance coaching</strong>.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul>
<li>Lead <strong>group training sessions</strong> for youth, adults, and teams</li>
<li>Provide <strong>personal training and individualized coaching</strong> when needed</li>
<li>Teach proper <strong>form, technique, and movement mechanics</strong>
</li>
<li>Modify workouts to meet athletes at their current ability level</li>
<li>Help athletes improve <strong>strength, speed, agility, and overall performance</strong>
</li>
<li>Build strong relationships and maintain regular communication with members</li>
<li>Start and finish sessions on time while maintaining a high-energy environment</li>
<li>Support <strong>member retention</strong> through coaching, accountability, and service</li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li>1+ year of experience in <strong>strength & conditioning, personal training, or group fitness</strong>
</li>
<li>Strong understanding of <strong>exercise science, movement patterns, and injury prevention</strong>
</li>
<li>High energy, positive attitude, and ability to motivate others</li>
<li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>CPR/AED/First Aid certification (required)</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)</li>
