</ul><div>The <strong>Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach</strong> is responsible for leading the coaching team, delivering exceptional training experiences, and ensuring consistent execution of the D1 Training philosophy. This role also functions as a <strong>Personal Training Manager</strong>, overseeing coaching staff, driving training quality, and ensuring a high-level member experience.<br><br>
</div><div>This is a <strong>hands-on leadership role</strong>. You’ll coach athletes, develop staff, and drive performance across the facility. If you enjoy leading from the front and building a strong team culture, this role gives you real ownership.</div><div><strong><br>What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul>
<li>Lead and coach <strong>group training sessions</strong> for youth, adults, and teams</li>
<li>Provide <strong>personal training and individualized coaching</strong> as needed</li>
<li>Oversee <strong>personal training operations</strong>, including session quality and consistency</li>
<li>Hire, train, and develop coaching staff to deliver high-quality workouts</li>
<li>Support <strong>trainer scheduling, development, and accountability</strong>
</li>
<li>Ensure all sessions reflect <strong>D1 training standards and philosophy</strong>
</li>
<li>Track and improve <strong>member engagement and retention</strong>
</li>
<li>Maintain a high-energy, positive training environment</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with members and support retention efforts</li>
<li>Partner with sales staff to support trial workouts and member onboarding<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div><strong><br>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in <strong>strength & conditioning, personal training, or performance coaching</strong>
</li>
<li>Prior leadership or experience managing or mentoring a <strong>personal training team</strong> preferred</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of <strong>program design, movement mechanics, and injury prevention</strong>
</li>
<li>Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable</li>
<li>High energy, professionalism, and strong communication skills</li>
<li>CPR/AED/First Aid certification (required)</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)</li>
