As we continue to grow, we’re looking for team members who bring energy, discipline, and a genuine drive to help people take action on their goals.<br> <br><strong>Position Overview</strong><br>This is not a “stand behind the desk and wait” role.<br> <br>We’re looking for a high-energy <strong>Fitness Sales Specialist</strong> who thrives on <strong>outbound outreach, appointment setting, and converting leads into committed members</strong>. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective athletes, responsible for driving trial bookings and guiding them into the right training program.<br>If you like fast-paced environments, clear goals, and actually seeing the results of your effort, you’ll fit in here.<br> <br> <br><strong>What You’ll Do</strong>

<li> Make <strong>outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups</strong> to new and existing leads </li>
<li>
<strong>Set appointments</strong> for free trials, consultations, and workouts </li>
<li> Respond quickly to inbound inquiries (speed matters here more than you think) </li>
<li> Guide prospects through the sales process from first contact to membership </li>
<li> Recommend the right training program based on individual goals </li>
<li> Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM </li>
<li> Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets </li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li> 1+ year of <strong>sales experience</strong> (inside sales, membership sales, or similar) </li>
<li> Comfortable with <strong>high-volume outbound calling and follow-up</strong>
</li>
<li> Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone </li>
<li> Organized and disciplined with lead management </li>
<li> High energy, competitive, and goal-oriented </li>
<li> Customer service experience (<strong>fitness industry a plus, not required</strong>) </li>
