Job Title: Retail Maintenance Support Representative (Contract)

Location: Pune, India

Job Type: 6-Month Contract (Based on the performance after 6 months contract will be extended 2 years)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Reports to: Retail and Incident Support Team Lead

Experience: 1 Year to 2 Years

Role & Responsibility

The Retail Maintenance Support Representative is a 6-month contract position that serves as the primary contact for site personnel, field managers, and vendors regarding equipment maintenance, property upkeep, and regulatory compliance at company-owned sites. This role involves troubleshooting issues, coordinating and dispatching vendors for maintenance and inspections, and ensuring all activities meet business and regulatory standards. Additionally, the representative supports BP Alert operations and plays a key role in maintaining smooth site operations through effective communication and proactive problem-solving, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Handle inquiries related to site equipment failures and property damage.
• Vendor Coordination: Assign and manage maintenance and inspection vendors.
• Ticket Management: Create and monitor tickets for maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Troubleshooting: Assist with major equipment failures and escalate issues when necessary.
• Documentation: Accurately record and update information in electronic systems.

Qualification & Experience

• High School diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of business experience in relevant customer service or emergency center roles.
• Working knowledge of eMaintenance, Siebel, SAP, and other relevant systems.
