Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an entry-level position with a focus on providing excellent service to our customers. The role is based in our office and is ideal for someone with a 12th-grade education who is eager to start their career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist customers with their orders.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Record and maintain customer interactions and details in the company’s system.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and meet service targets.

Qualifications:

  • 12th pass (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English, Kannada and Malayalam.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A positive attitude, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work from the office during standard business hours.
