Key Responsibilities:

- Record and maintain customer interactions and details in the company’s system.
- Work closely with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and meet service targets.
Qualifications:
- 12th pass (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Kannada and Malayalam.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A positive attitude, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work from the office during standard business hours.
