About the role

We are looking for a Virtual assistant for a digital marketing agency, specializing in SEO, content creation, and marketing strategy. They help businesses improve their online visibility and grow their audience through data-driven SEO strategies and high-quality content - this is primarily through website design/management, publishing blogs, and sending emails. Responsibilities: Administrative Tasks: Organize/send contracts, manage invoices, handle data entry for content plans and reports. Client Reporting: Create and format client reports; assist with email communication. Team Communication: Send team updates, track assessment status, answer questions, and conduct weekly check-ins. CRM Management: Set up and maintain CRM (HubSpot preferred). Basic Bookkeeping: Process invoices and manage records in QuickBooks. Content & Data Entry: Support with data entry and organization for content plans and monthly reports. Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and voice modulation skills. Organized, proactive, and detail oriented. Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot), QuickBooks, MS Office, and Google Workspace. Experience in digital marketing/SEO is a plus (not required). Additional Benefits Remote Working Working directly with the US client. Please note that this is a remote, night-shift position. However, occasional in-office attendance may be required when necessary.
