Senior QA Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with a proven track record in testing e-commerce websites and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will lead the QA process, manage automation and manual testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced, telecom-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead QA processes as an independent contributor, managing both automation and manual testing. Analyze requirements and write detailed user stories. Automate test cases for websites and mobile apps using Selenium and Appium. Collaborate across modules to ensure seamless delivery, progress tracking, and adherence to quality standards. Lead daily stand-ups, define process flows, and track progress using JIRA and MS Excel. Perform API testing using Postman or RestAssured, validating request/response formats and ensuring data integrity. Conduct database testing, creating and executing SQL queries to verify data consistency and accuracy. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in STLC and QA delivery. Expertise in testing e-commerce applications with a mobile-first approach. Strong focus on UI/UX quality and attention to detail. Proficiency in automation testing tools: Selenium (Java) and Appium. Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps. Hands-on experience in JIRA and MS Excel for reporting.
