A result-oriented professional with 10 years of experience in Aerospace,
Adequate Experience on tool materials, standard parts & equipment's.
Knowledge on tool design philosophies. Application of GD&T on Tool and preparing layout.
Experience on UGNX modelling work benches (Part design, GST, Assembly design etc.) Basic knowledge of Tool's fit, form and function criteria are met.
Ability to drive Tool Change with Notification Experience on the hand calculations. 8-10yrs experience in the tool design domain.
Specially on Jigs and fixtures of Areo space engine
Tool design and manufacturing of jigs fixtures
Hands on experience of various types of turning fixtures, Milling Fixtures
lifting tools, transport stands, pushers,
Balancing tools, pressure test fixtures
Very good experience in GD & T application
Selection of standard parts according to applications
Senior Lead engineer, Tooling specialist having experience to lead design & development Jigs and Fixture
