Executive Assistant
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to
support multiple C-suite executives. The ideal candidate will excel in
communication, time management, and multitasking, while maintaining a high
level of professionalism and confidentiality. This role requires close
collaboration with global stakeholders, particularly leaders based in the USA.
Key
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination for multiple
C-suite executives.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of executives with
clarity and professionalism.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda creation,
document preparation, and logistics management.
- Prioritize and manage incoming emails; respond on behalf of
executives when required.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements,
including itineraries and accommodations.
- Handle travel expenses, claims, and reimbursement processes
efficiently.
- Support operational approvals and follow-ups on behalf of
leadership.
- Maintain and organize confidential records, documents, and reports.
- Plan, coordinate, and support executive-level events and meetings.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders
effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Experience working with global leaders, particularly in the USA, is
preferred.
