Cycling Tour Leader
Location: Noida Sector 62 (Travel role)

From leading weekend rides and conducting educational workshops to mentoring aspiring cyclists and promoting a culture of endurance, adventure, and responsible riding, you'll help shape the next generation of cycling enthusiasts.

*Key Responsibilities*
Tour Leadership & Rider Experience
• Lead and manage multi-day cycling expeditions and weekend cycling events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for participants during tours.
• Ensure rider safety and adherence to ride protocols.
• Conduct rider briefings and route orientation sessions.
• Monitor participant well-being and provide support throughout the tour.
• Manage group dynamics and create a positive riding experience.
• Coordinate with support vehicles, mechanics, and local partners
• Plan and coordinate tour logistics before, during, and after events.
• Track tour budgets and operational expenses.
• Build relationships with cyclists, clubs, and local cycling groups.
• Assist riders in preparing for long-distance and expedition cycling events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential
• Passionate cyclist with experience in long-distance and/or mountain cycling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Ability to manage groups and lead people effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on weekends.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic understanding of cycling equipment and maintenance.
Preferred
• Experience leading cycling tours or outdoor adventure activities.
• Knowledge of first aid and emergency response.
• Experience in event management, operations, or community management.
• Familiarity with Himalayan or endurance cycling expeditions.
