About The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Cybersecurity Specialist to strengthen our information security posture, streamline audit processes, and drive automation in InfoSec approvals. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about compliance, risk management, and secure technology enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal & external audits and manage audit evidence.
• Review, update, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Evaluate InfoSec approval requests across Firewall, PIM, DNS Cloud Security, and other controls.
• Lead the automation of InfoSec approval workflows to reduce manual effort and enhance audit visibility.
• Design and implement a secure software/binary scanning pipeline (e.g., Checkmarx, AppSec tools) to strengthen supply-chain security.
• Conduct Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) risk assessments, validate with SPOCs, and close identified gaps.
• Govern centralized tracking and closure of pending requests.
• Support VTR assessments and compliance initiatives.
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

• Strong knowledge of security architecture and approval frameworks.
• Expertise in GRC principles, ISMS, and industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).
• Hands-on experience in audits, risk assessments, and compliance tracking.
• Understanding of core information security domains: access control, network security, asset management, incident management.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (RBI, CERT-In, DPDP Act, GDPR preferred).
• Experience with BMC Remedy tool is an added advantage.
